How to test your psychic skills with psychic exercises

If you want to enhance and explore your psychic abilities, there are several fun and simple exercises you can do. If you practice, you should be able to develop, understand and refine your abilities.

It is generally a good idea to record your progress in some sort of a journal. This should provide you with a baseline of where you were in order to see where you are heading.

The ability to relax, experience, and enjoy the moment is probably key to making real progress in your psychic journey. Interestingly enough, the ability to relax instead of trying to force things usually provides much better results.

2018 Year of the Dog - Happy Chinese New Year!

This Chinese New Year takes place on February 16, 2018 this year. Interestingly, there is no fixed date for Chinese New Year. This is The Year of The Dog. Dogs are usually considered to be honest and loyal – so the people born in that year reflect the reliability of the dog as true friends and good companions.
How do you know if you were born in the Year of The Dog? The most recent years of the dog are as follows: 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006, and 2018. People born in The Year of The Dog generally demonstrate honesty, loyalty, and are usually willing to help others. They are often very well-liked by others because they seem to reflect the willingness to help out someone and never seem to give up.

Public energy clearing for empaths and empathic people

If you're in public and feel negativity, you will probably want to practice some energy clearing you can do while in the presence of others. You don't want to do anything over the top, but you do want to do something that will help you feel better.

Help with Anxiety

We all feel anxiety. Here is a simple way to practice grounding in order to release some of your anxiety.
Pause for a moment.
Look around.
Find 5 things you can see.
Find 4 things you can touch.
Find 3 things you can hear.
Find 2 things you can smell.
Find 1 thing you can taste.

Take one long slow inhale and one long slow exhale.

Repeat until you find yourself focused on your actual environment and not on your stressor.

If you ground yourself, it can help you regain control by noticing your environment and taking a moment to yourself.

You're not alone, we all feel anxiety at times. If you find your anxiety is severe or dibilatating. Please don't be hard on yourself and please talk to your doctor.

January 1, 2018 Supermoon - The Wolf Moon

A Supermoon is when the moon is very close to the earth. This closeness should provide very strong energy (including psychic energy) on January 1-2 in 2018. There will be a second full supermoon on January 31. It won't be as big as the one this evening. Be sure to look up!

Both of the January supermoons will be beautiful, but this one is going to be glorious. The full moon in January is called a Wolf moon. The second full moon in a calendar month is called a blue moon.

This Super Wolf Moon falls under the sun sign of Cancer. This is fairly significant, because during the month of January; families, friends and lovers often spend a lot of time together inside as they ride out the winter season. A Cancer driven Supermoon may provide opportunities to cement closeness with loved ones and start the New Year with a clean, comfortable slate.

We just wanted to remind our social media and blog family that Christmas and the holidays can be really rough for some people. There have been many losses this year. It may be someone's first or 40th Christmas without their loved ones. The holidays can be very rough for those experiencing grief and loss.

If you can, please extend an invitation or bring a meal to someone who might be having a rough holiday. You can bring the person out for coffee or a lunch - or invite them to your holiday celebration.

Psychic Mediums and Vibrations

We believe that most people are psychic or have some sort of intuition. We always recommend paying attention to your first instinct, first impression and any gut feeling you have. The more you pay attention the more accurate your intuition will be. You can also test yourself by journaling and seeing if you're accurate.

A psychic medium is a skill that appears to be more available in some people than others. Generally, it is a gift but you can work on your mediumship to make yourself more aware. This ability seems to be stronger in some people than in others. However, you can probably learn to listen if you are willing to put in the work. You have probably heard that practice makes perfect. Same idea may be applied to psychic ability.
