The history matters because it shapes how we run the business today. The line we acquired was built by someone who had spent years sitting on the reader's side of the phone, not by an outside businessperson looking for a phone service category to monetize. We bought it because we recognized the foundation that had been laid and we wanted to continue the work. The original founder knew what a good reader feels like to work alongside, and what a poor one feels like, from years of doing the work personally. Our home office is in Orlando. Our readers are not. The advisors on our line live and work all across the United States. The phone is what makes that possible. The family side of this business is not just ownership. Sandy, the matriarch of our family, leads our reader testing program. She has used astrology her whole life and has spent decades evaluating the gifts of working psychics. She is no longer on the phones with clients, but every reader on our line had to read for Sandy before they took a single call. Many of our longtime callers still ask for her by name. We call her Sandy at Solutions, and her judgment about who deserves a place on this line is the standard we hold.

The matchmaking instinct runs through the rest of us too. After nearly 30 years of running this line, we have become quietly excellent matchmakers between callers and our readers. What you talk about with your reader stays between you and your reader. We do not record calls. We do not sell email lists. We do not provide your name, location, or any other detail to outside parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial reason. This has been true since 1991 and it will continue to be true.

The one exception, and we want to be transparent about it, is safety. If our reader becomes seriously concerned for a caller's wellbeing during a call, our team will work quietly to connect that caller with appropriate support resources. This has happened only rarely across our 35 years of taking calls. We mention it because the wellbeing of the people who call us matters more to us than the technical letter of privacy.

Your reader receives only three pieces of information about you.

Your first name, the time you are calling, and how long you have been on the line. That is everything. We specifically encourage callers NOT to tell our customer service team what they want to discuss before being connected with a reader. This is a quiet trust check that has been built into our process from the start. Tested readers

Every reader on our line has been personally screened by our team before they take their first call. The screening focuses on clairvoyance first, ethics second, and reading style third. Our 5 Minute Promise

If you are not connecting with your reader in the first five minutes, end the call. We will rebook you with another reader at no additional cost. The connection between caller and reader matters too much to leave to chance.

Integrity over volume

We are not trying to be the biggest phone psychic line on the internet. We are trying to be the one our clients keep coming back to. Sometimes that means turning down opportunities, declining advertising channels that compromise our standards, or telling a caller that a particular reader is not the right fit even when it costs us the booking.
