Do returning clients get any specials? Yes. While the introductory rate is reserved for first time callers, we mail our best specials to clients every month, one of our most popular and effective ways to keep clients in the loop, and we also send select email only discounts to newsletter subscribers. Our psychic concierges can also tell you what is currently available whenever you call.

Is there a way to try a reading without paying? The Psychic Line does not offer readings without a charge. What we do offer is a discounted new client special so your first call is more affordable while you decide if a reading is right for you. We also stand behind every reading with a 5 minute guarantee. If you get into a reading and the energy is not right, you can hang up within the first 5 minutes and call us back to book a different reader for the full amount of time you originally paid for.

Can I add more time once my reading has started? We do not extend sessions in progress. If you would like more time after your call, you are welcome to call us back and book another reading, and your card will only be charged again with your explicit consent for that new call.

How do I know which reader is right for me?
