Mercury Retrograde is in full effect until July 20.  You will be able to feel a difference in the energy of people through around August 4, 2013.  During this time there are many issues that may arise with communication and machinery.  It can get very frustrating for all of us!  I have noticed on Facebook that many of my friends from my younger years and older years have commented about people being grumpy when out and about.  For instance, in the parking lots at stores or at the grocery line, or in traffic and etc.  

Mercury Retrograde is a good time to slow down.  Put into the simplest terms, Mercury goes into retrograde when it creates an optical illusion on the planetary charts looking like it is heading backwards.  When this happens, it creates all sort of Astrological havoc.  It is good that this one is happening during the summer, but it is Mercury retrograde so we don't want to get too excited.

Mercury goes into retrograde starting June 26, 2013 and end July 20, 2013.  A retrograde occurs when a planet seems to move backwards from where we sit.  Mercury is our closest neighbor, so it goes into retrograde several times a year.  Of course, it is important to note that the retrograde starts to affect things for periods before and after the actual retrograde.  The effects of this retrograde may start to be felt as early as June 18th and extending itself through July 28th.  Long and torturous.
