Valentine's Day may mean different things to different people at varying stages of their life.  When you are a child, Valentine's Day may be an exciting day because you get to give and receive cards from your friends.  As you mature, the day may take on a different meaning.  It may provide an opportunity to express love or receive an affirmation of love.  This may be romantic or just friendly.  If you have loved ones that like to participate, this might be another day to share and celebrate your love.

Last week, we had a lady ask us about learning to love herself. We know this is a spiritual issue and want to address it to the best of our ability. Considering how much time each of us spends with ourselves, it is essential to forgive yourself and learn to live at peace. This can be a short of long process considering there are so many different energies and frequencies. Learning to love yourself will be the greatest thing you ever do for your spirit. Please don't be hard on yourself for needing help with this - it comes naturally for a some and others just need to work harder at it.

There are many different types of roosters Foods play an important part of any culture's celebrations, in the Chinese New Year, the number of different dishes and types of foods are thought to bring goodness into the new year. 

The Lunar New Year of The Fire Rooster begins January 28, 2017.  The Rooster in Chinese Astrology generally means that this year will focus on awakenings.  This should be a good year for new beginnings.
