Intuition and instinct comes from spirit

While watching Long Island Medium on TLC last week, I heard Teresa Caputo say that intuition and instinct come from spirit.  I believe this as a way for the spirits to guide an individual toward the right direction.  Intuition and instinct help give an individual protection in a number of situations and it is very important to listed to one's own intuition.  Sometimes for an individual it is very tough to figure out if he or she should listen to their gut.  Finding trust within one's self is a survival skill and can help an individual manage scary situations, business situations and their love life.  

As one gets older and more mature it is usually easier to listen to intuition because the individual gets to know themself better with more life experience.  Life experience helps up get correct boundaries and know what our limits and boundaries are.
