If we are interested, we will call you. At that point we will go over our philosophy, how we work, how we pay and how to become a psychic reader. Expect to do accurate test readings as part of our interview process. We look for psychics who are mainly clairvoyant can use tarot cards, are friendly, consistently give good readings and have a caring overall personality and good energy. We do not necessarily look for psychic line experience. We find that many of the larger companies do train their readers to keep clients on the line as long as possible. We want our readers to do quality readings. Quality readings and keeping clients on the phone for a long time are two separate things.
