How to test your psychic skills with psychic exercises

 
If you want to enhance and explore your psychic abilities, there are several fun and simple exercises you can do. If you practice, you should be able to develop, understand and refine your abilities.

It is generally a good idea to record your progress in some sort of a journal. This should provide you with a baseline of where you were in order to see where you are heading.

The ability to relax, experience, and enjoy the moment is probably key to making real progress in your psychic journey. Interestingly enough, the ability to relax instead of trying to force things usually provides much better results.

Some psychic exercises that are fun and simple to do follow:

If you have an appointment with someone you know, take a moment to focus on them. See if you pick up anything about them such as how they might feel, what they might be wearing, if they are worried about something, etc. Be sure to listen to the other person to get verification of what you were thinking. After you finish your appointment take a moment to check out if your impressions were accurate.  This should be an informative and fun exercise.   
                                                                                       
 Are you suddenly experiencing a strong feeling of happiness, sadness, panic, or pain? This might be a good time to step back and take a look at your own life.  If you are an empath, the feelings might apply to someone else’s situation. Write down your feelings along with a time and date. Ask yourself what the emotion or feeling was trying to tell you about. It should be interesting to see what your feelings are trying to tell you.

When heading for someplace you have never been before, it might be a good idea to try to pick up information about that particular place. What does it feel like? How does it smell? What does it look like? What is the energy like? Is there anything special about the place? Write it down, if possible, and see if you were able to tune in on a new place.

Another fun exercise that is usually easy and simple is when your phone rings, try to figure out who is calling you. You might be surprised at how many times your guess is correct. 

If you have a very bright intense dream, – also generally referred to as a lucid dream – you would probably be wise to write it all down just before you become fully awake. Be sure to go into detail describing feelings, colors, activities, any animals, flowers, water, activities, etc. that may be occurring. This might be an important dream. If you take the time to research it properly, you could be very surprised by what it is trying to tell you.
